Cover Interview
Self-esteem is a movement to recognize yourself, first and, in the face of that, to know how to live in a fuller and more conscious way. In this exclusive interview with Helene Lundberg, Tv Personality Realityshows, Influencer & Model.
WM – An important point is that it is not possible to value the other without valuing yourself?
I agree that it’s important to value yourself. But even if you don’t. I am sure that you are capable of valuing others.

WM – Can self-esteem be worked on?
About selfesteem- Ofcourse you can work on your selfesteem! You just need to tell yourself and remind yourself of your selfworth.
WM – Are your life and career okay with your changes and choices?
The choices I have made has not always been the best ones, but in the end everything seems to fall into place. And thru life I have made a lot of changes. Mostly to please different people. When I got older I stopped doing that. I will not change for anyone!
WM – Are you curious about self-knowledge processes?
And well, self-knowledge is an interesting topic. When I was young I didn’t have a clue who I was. But know when I describe myself, I can do it very clear. I think those things take time, to get to know yourself..
WM – What is your purpose in life?
About seven years ago I realized what my purpose in life was. And it is to help and to guide People in life. Fact is I have several times helped suicidal people to change their thoughts. Made them realize that life is a gift & should be cherished. Showed them love and light. When I finally knew what my purpose was I phoned one of my dearest friends (Victoria) who goes to church every Sunday, ‘ Now I know my “mission in life!” – It’s to help people. Her respond was: I knew that already! You carry the light.
